Where should I park? Is parking free?

There is free parking in a 7-story garage located on the east side of the building.

Do you see children?

Yes, all of our dermatologists see patients of all ages, as early as infancy.

Do I need a referral to see a dermatologist?

Although we do not require referrals to be seen in our clinic, some insurance companies require a referral before seeing a specialist. It’s best to check with your insurance company if you have any concerns.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment in order to complete the check-in process, complete any remaining paperwork, and ensure that your appointment can start on time. We strive to run on time. If you are late to your appointment for any reason, we may need to reschedule your visit to be respectful to our other patients.

Do I need to fill out paperwork prior to my first appointment?

Please fill out our new patient paperwork before your first appointment. You can find our patient forms here.
